- By car: From Kawaguchiko I.C. on Chuo Express way, 10 minute drive via Route 138.
- By train: JR Chuo Line 90 minutes from Shinjuku Sta. to Otsuki Sta. and transfer to Fuji Kyuko Line bound for Kawaguchi-ko Sta. Approximate duration between Otsuki Sta. and Kawaguchi-ko Sta. is 55 minutes. JPY 2390 approx. fare. Followed by an 8 minute taxi drive from Kawaguchi-ko Sta. to the hotel.
- By bus: From Kaguchi-ko Sta., local bus service operated by the Fujikyu bus company is available to “Katsuyama” bus stop, the closest bus stop to the hotel.
